If you have received notification that your order has been canceled, it could have been due to several reasons, including product availability or your bank not authorizing payment.  


Refunds for canceled orders will be automatically issued. Once the refund has been processed, the credit will appear in your account within fourteen (14) business days depending on your financial institution.
